The spinach we provide is easy to plant and easy to grow. It grows bountifully and can be harvested as needed by simply cutting off what leaves you need or by harvesting the whole plant.
These green leaves are more commonly used for creamed spinach or, if you purchase the small leaf variety, you can use it in salads to add an extra texture and more nutrition to your diet.
